Delicious biscuits!

Today, I was baking and ending up with 4 eggs white.
As I didn't want to through them away. so, I searched for a recipe to use them other than meringue and macaroon!
and here is what I made...
In France we call them " Langue de chat' ("Cat tongue" ! Don't ask me why!!)...

Here is what you will need:
- 4 eggs white
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3/4cups of sugar (I used brown sugar)
- 1 and 1/3 cup of flour (I used wholewheat flour)
- 1/2 cup of butter

soften the butter and add the sugar to it.
whisk the eggs white with the salt; than add the butter with the sugar and the flour.
stir till you get a nice dough.
place small amount on a baking sheet and cook in the over (390F) for around 10 min.
They are ready when they are light brown all around.
Let them dry a bit ...and enjoy!

Little ideas with washi tape!

Washi tape is very popular at this time; you can create so many fun and easy decorations; from tags to cards, to jars, letters ...and more.
One of my favorite of the year is this light blue flowers and dots that reminds me of the snow we have all around!, it's so delicate and pretty!.

I used it to finish the border of some decoupaged ceramic coasters (that I backed with fun foam square):

From this side you won't see any washi tape!...

But on the back view! Look how it finishes these coasters so well!

With an assorted tag and a pretty ribbon,
You'll get a nice gift!:
