One of my friends pointed this out a few weeks ago and I was curious on how we could do it!
She made a pretty simple recipe that I wanted to try but I couldn't find any spray bottles (No I don't use beauty products!!) ... So I finally ended up buying a kit with other bottles! But well!...
I browsed other recipes on internet and I also found this one that I liked because I had almost all the products and I think an important point is that you need to be sure that all your products are water base!

Here what I use for my little chemistry!:
- 3/4 water in my little spray bottle
- gold metallic paint
- gold extreme glitter
- glossy accent
It's not really easy to catch the shiny little glimmer mist on my tag but it's light and soft :
This glimmer mist make me think of some fairy dust, so I had to make it with a fairy!!
(I also used one of my new beautiful cling stamp from Hampton Art):
Thanks Sabine, for linking my post to yours, homemade anything is great, but the glimmer is awesome!
ReplyDeleteThe glimmer looks awesome. Thanks so much for your comment. You're right I'm sure that tissue paper would work even better with the eggs. I would love to see a picture of the one you did with real eggs. I bet that is really cool. I was thinking of blowing out eggs and doing something more permanent.
ReplyDeleteThank you Thank you Thank you! I love anything that sparkles, and love the idea of making it myself.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog, and am your newest follower!
